It brings hope… helps us to articulate what we really want… alleviates that feeling of being alone… creates relaxing environments… has even been linked to lowering rates of depression. Prayer Email Chain
Prayer Partners
Your prayer request will be brought to a weekly evening meeting, shared with the group of prayer warriors, and will be prayed over in silence and conversation on an ongoing basis. Please send another email to Prayer Partners, when your need has passed or changed.
Covenant Prayers
Your prayer request will be addressed by a phone chain of prayer warriors, who call each other to spread the message. They say a prayer for you immediately after taking the call, and then place a call to the next person in the group. Covenant Prayers was established to respond to emergency prayer needs.
Prayers & Squares
Prayers & Squares prayerfully create quilts to be used at later dates for new babies, individuals who are homebound, families experiencing dire health situations. Referrals for quilts are made by our Parish Nurse and pastors. Before being given to the recipient, the quilts are presented to the congregation for people to say a prayer as they tie a knot or lay their hands on it.
