Baptisms

If you are interesting in having your child baptized at First Presbyterian, please fill out this form and email it to or drop it off in the Church Office for the Administrative Assistant. It will be directed to the pastor, who will be touch with you about attending our baptism class and scheduling a date.

Funerals

Please call the Church Office at (605) 336-2886 and ask to speak with the Administrative Assistant in order to make us aware of your desire to hold a funeral at First Presbyterian Church. Our typical procedure is to note a few details, and then inform the pastor of your request. The pastor may need to be in touch at a later time. We also inform the Memorial Reception Committee, if you choose to serve food at a reception. They will get in touch with you at a later time.

Receptions

Requests for receptions at First Pres are directed to our Director of Facilities in an effort to ensure the proper assumption of risk paperwork is processed beforehand. Please call the Church Office at (605) 336-2886 and ask for the Director of Facilities.

Weddings

We have a robust wedding program that includes an in-house coordinator, use of the whole building, and decorations. Please fill out the Wedding Information Form and email it to or drop it off in the Church Office for the Administrative Assistant.
